1. How do I get a copy of my driving record?

You may request a three-year, ten-year or full driver's history by using PennDOT’s Online Services or by completing a "Request for Driver Information" form (Form DL-503) and submitting it to PennDOT. Certified histories are only available by completing Form DL-503. The form contains detailed instructions and lists fees for different types of driving records.

2. How do I get a copy of an accident report?

For a copy of an accident report, please contact the Police Administrative Assistant at (717) 274-0481. Cost is $15.

3. If my keys are locked in my vehicle, can the South Lebanon Township Police open my vehicle for me?

No, however, the Police Department will assist you in obtaining the services necessary, such as certified locksmith, to unlock your vehicle.

4. May I contact the police by email or social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)?

Since email and social media may not be checked by police staff regularly, contact with the police should be made through Lebanon County EMA at 272-2054.

5. Should I contact the police if I get a home security system?

Yes. The police will need the names of three people that will respond to check your house in the event that the alarm is activated.
